Return Policy:
www.AlaBye.net has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items in your order. Simply complete the return form included in your package. Detail the reason for returning the product(s). Securely wrap the package and send your return by Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. AlaBye is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
